Websites which are inaccessible or appear offline will be removed from the link exchange system.

Upon signup to Top Link Partners you must include the provided HTML code on the homepage of your website. Failure to do so will result in the removal of your website.

Your website will be monitored daily for your allocated HTML code. If your website does not contain the provided HTML code, then it will be disabled and removed from our system.

All keywords/key phrases must not contain all capital letters. Bad language will be removed from all keywords entered excluding adult related websites.

Top Link Partners will not be responsible for an adverse effects to your search engine rankings. Top Link Partners will not be liable for any condition which may result from joining our link exchange network.

It is the website owners responsibility to keep their login information confidential and secure.

Any website may freely be removed from our system. You must login to your account to delete your account. This is non-reversible.

Any websites providing invalid email addresses will be deactivated and removed from our system.

The link exchange system will automatically allocate a new link to your website at least once a week. The website URL and keywords provided within the user area will be used for linking. If more than one keyword is provided, then the system will randomly select a keyword from the ones available.
